is a poet. He is interested in dream, enlightenment, nature, suburbs and philosophy. Robert is a Malayali with connections to the East Indian Ocean. He lives on Noongar country in Australia.
Robert is currently the Creative Director of the
Centre for Stories
. In 2021, he will be an OMI Leadership and Governance Fellow. Robert previously worked in universities, for the literary and publishing sector, as a union organiser, for Indigenous corporations, and in hospitality. He has volunteered for pacifist groups, community gardens, environmental organisations, refugee kitchens, and educational non-profits.
Robert’s archive is housed at the Kislak Centre for Special Collections, Rare Books and Manuscripts in Philadelphia.
In his spare time, Robert likes to crayfish, cook and scrapbook.
